BKC Sewing — No Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

At BKC Sewing, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bryce@bkcsewing.com with photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production or shipping may already have begun.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once confirmed.
