1. Overview
Welcome to BKC Sewing!
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies apply to all products, services, and interactions with BKC Sewing.
2. Processing & Shipping
- All items are handmade or custom sewn with care.
- Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipping.
- Shipping times vary by location, typically:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days

- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
To request a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items
- Digital downloads
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.
4. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us!
BKC Sewing collects only the information necessary to process your order — such as your name, shipping address, and email.
We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and trusted payment gateways.
5. Custom Orders
We love bringing your ideas to life!
Custom orders require clear communication and approval before production begins.
Full payment is required once the design is confirmed. Custom items are non-refundable.
